Our CNC machine tools are linked to computer by DNC link enabling efficient retrieval and downloading of machine programs utilising our computer-aided manufacturing software.  We are able to accept files and drawings in most common formats.

Our long experience in componentry manufacture encompasses components from the basic to the complex.  Our equipment enables us to lead the way in the efficient production of medium to large runs of components by offering shorter lead times and consistent high quality.  We are specialists in the machining of 316 stainless steel, copper, aluminium and a large range of special steels, using the cutting technology of ceramics and diamonds where necessary.

Our facility includes a temperature controlled measuring room with calibrated measuring equipment, including a micro vertex measuring machine and shadow graph. Our production assembly cell, together with our on-site powdercoating and electroplating facility, means we can offer a completed finished product quickly and efficiently.
