The Fraser Engineering Group is proud of its reputation for producing high quality product.  Management and staff strive continually to perfect the quality of all products manufactured and to streamline the manufacturing process.

All the Fraser Group companies have internal quality systems and documented Quality Procedures Manuals in place based on the ISO 9000 series.

Our custom-designed Manufacturing System is the cornerstone of our quality system.  It is a living system which is constantly evolving to meet the requirements of the Fraser Engineering Group and its customers. Through the Manufacturing System all jobs are allocated a unique job number which is used to track and trace all materials, suppliers, tradespeople performing the work, time taken, non-conformances, corrective and preventive actions, and future improvements.  The system records and identifies all required tools and materials, quality checks and related documents necessary to produce the job to the quality required.  This enables all materials, services and labour components to be tracked back to the original source documents for the purposes of accounting and verification.  Because records are held electronically and indexed, access is quick and efficient.

Our quality system is reviewed at appropriate intervals to ensure its continuing suitability and effectiveness.  The system is audited internally on a regular basis by qualified personnel.

In addition, J J Fraser Engineering holds NZS4505 for the manufacture of fire fighting and waterway equipment, based on the ISO9000 series, one of only two companies in New Zealand to hold this Standard.  It has held this Standard since 1992.
